I used Rebecca for my pregnancy & Labor/Delivery. Rebecca went above and beyond what I expected of her and made my entire experience so much more peaceful and confident. I was very nervous and scared going into my first natural water birth. Rebecca was there to answer every text, call, question and concern I had within minutes. She is such a calm, loving soul that truly cares about her clients. Because of Rebecca I truly feel empowered to have all of my babies naturally, when not even a year ago I thought “no way I could this.” I highly recommend Rebecca and will be using her again for any of my future babies.

Welcoming my first child into this world was one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences of my life! While my natural birth was everything I could have asked for, I was in early labor for over 30 hours, so naturally I got to the point of exhaustion! Having my support system by my side got me through the long hours. I couldn’t have asked for a better doula than Rebecca! She knew and abided by my wishes for the birth, kept the environment calm, and performed multiple soothing techniques on me. After my child was born, she assisted with initial latch and breastfeeding techniques. Rebecca’s calm demeanor and endless supply of knowledge kept me level headed and aware of what was happening. In the moments that my voice may not have been heard, she ensured that it was. I highly recommend her to any mommy-to-be, whether it is your first or fourth, and will use her for all my future babies!

Rebecca took so much stress off of me in the early days of my breastfeeding journey. In the early days at home with my newborn we were struggling to latch and my baby and I were both very frustrated with the process. The tips and suggestions she gave were beyond helpful! She was able to give us suggestions on what to try and was so encouraging. I felt heard, understood, and so supported after meeting with her! It is clear that she has a passion for helping moms through every step of the way in bringing babies into the world and was a blessing to work with! I will be recommending her to all my new mom friends!

I am so thankful to have had Rebecca with us through the entire birthing preparation and process. Having a natural birth was extremely important to me, and I wanted to be as informed and prepared as possible in order to have a natural birth within a hospital setting. Rebecca exceeded my expectations, and I felt prepared and supported throughout the entire process. I found her so valuable during the labor process. She had me changing positions to better position my baby, she was so encouraging and supportive during the tough times, and I was able to trust that my body was designed to give birth. She also captured moments during our birth for us that we will cherish for a lifetime. I am so grateful to have had such a positive and empowering birth experience!

I was nervous to become a dad. I was trying to read as much as I could to get the information I needed by the time the baby was supposed to come. Let’s just say, I am so thankful we hired Rebecca. When Scarlett was born everyone in the room said what a beautiful birth it was. It was a very special moment that I will remember forever. I will also remember the 14 hours leading up to it. I understood that I needed to be as helpful as possible throughout the labor process. I was doing my best, but nothing can prepare you for the first time of seeing your wife so uncomfortable, in so much pain, so tired but unable to sleep. And it went on for so long. I was on the verge of tears when Rebecca got to the hospital. She came very promptly in the morning and brought a presence to the room that I NEEDED: asking my wife what she needed, giving different positions to make her more comfortable, making sure I got the rest I needed. Hiring her was a blessing, from prenatal information to the birthing process to postpartum. She made my wife’s first pregnancy better for us both!

Rebecca was the highlight of our entire birth and postpartum experience! She provided us with so much helpful and evidence based information leading up to our delivery and was there with us for over 24 hours at the hospital to provide support. Rebecca advocated for our wishes to the very best of her ability, was my support when a few scary things happened during the birth, and was the most invaluable resource in my postpartum period. I could contact her any time of day or night with questions about myself or my baby. While our birth did not go at all as we’d hoped due to a medical complication, Rebecca continues to be the happiest memory of that hard time (aside from our baby of course!) and we cannot wait to work with her again and hopefully we all get to rewrite the story together. We cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough - her services were the best investment we made in our birth prep!
